CARAF is short for the two first names of founder Carmen (Rafaelle) Lauwers — a playful nod to the shape you throw on the wheel, and a wink to all the delicious things that shape can carry.     

You can drop in for try-out sessions, join weekly class series, dive into intensive wheel-throwing courses, or book teambuildings and creative events. We focus on wheel-throwing, guiding both absolute beginners and those who’ve already caught the clay bug.

 

Feeling confident to create on your own? Then CLUB CARAF — our open-studio membership — gives you access to the space and all the tools you need to work independently.

 

And if you’re in the mood for something cozy and creative, you can also settle into Café Caraf, where you can paint your own pottery while enjoying a relaxed moment together.
